Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements, participate in requirements and design reviews, find software requirements analysis and design errors, and improve software quality
2. Develop test plans according to requirements, analyze test points, conduct test design, including test strategy formulation, test requirement analysis, test case writing, etc., and grasp the overall test content
3. Responsible for setting up the test environment, constructing test data, and will use commonly used test tool software to complete the preparatory work for the test
4. According to the test plan, carry out test work, perform functional test, performance test and stability test, find as many defects as possible, and track the defects proposed
5. Analyze test results, output test records and test reports

job requirements:

1. Professional background in communication engineering, automation, electronic information, computer network or software engineering, etc.
2. Familiar with the basic theory of testing, proficient in test design methods, and master at least one systematic test analysis design idea or model
3. Have good expression and communication skills and teamwork skills, and be able to carry out program verification and delivery verification based on customer needs
4. Familiar with the software development process, familiar with the testing methods at each stage of the software life cycle, and have work experience in formulating product quality management processes and standards
5. Experience in testing wireless communication equipment and experience in automated programming scripts is preferred
